Garrett Rodriquez
The creative mind behind our craft beers. A Jacksonville native and lifelong Jaguars fan, Garrett discovered a passion for brewing after helping construct Atlantic Beach Brewing Co. from the ground up in 2017. Since then, he’s been perfecting his craft for over five years, dedicated to producing the highest quality beers for the local community. When he's not brewing, you can find Garrett surfing, boating, or diving — always embracing the coastal lifestyle that inspires his work. Stop by and taste the passion in every pint!

Jeb Sykes
After building several successful businesses in Orlando, Jeb is returning to his roots in the restaurant industry—where it all began 28 years ago back in high school. With a passion for great food, cold beer, and community, he’s excited to help lead Bottlenose Brewery into its next chapter. His goal is to deliver high-quality beer that locals love while growing Bottlenose into a recognizable brand with big potential for distribution across the country.

Josh Hoppe
After 21 years building a successful insurance career, Josh returns to his restaurant roots where it all started during college. His love for craft beer and great food led him to co-own Bottlenose with longtime friend Jeb. Together, they’re focused on creating quality recipes and growing Bottlenose into a brand that could one day be found in stores across the country.
