We’re thrilled to introduce the new face behind the brews at Bottlenose Brewery — Garrett Rodriquez. A Jacksonville native with deep roots in the local craft beer scene, Garrett isn’t just passionate about beer — he lives and breathes the coastal lifestyle that inspires it.
His journey began back in 2017 when he helped build Atlantic Beach Brewing Co. from the ground up. That hands-on experience sparked a fire that hasn’t stopped burning since. Over the last five years, Garrett has been perfecting his brewing craft with a focus on creativity, quality, and a commitment to delivering beers the community can truly be proud of.
When Garrett’s not behind the tanks, you’ll likely find him out on the water — surfing, boating, or diving — soaking in the same laid-back Florida vibe that now flows through every pint he brews.
